What are you watching on TV?

Ever since I got to college, all I really care to watch are sports and few of my favorite shows. Whenever I have time I try and catch some Family Guy, How I Met Your Mother, and obviously the reruns of Seinfield and Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. These are the shows I have watched my whole life, so I haven't found too much interest in newer shows on TV. The reruns are the only thing on that are worth watching.

TV has lost its touch with the recent jump to Game shows and Reality TV. MTV which once had classics like TRL and actual music and their were great cartoons on TV like Rocket Power, Hey Arnold, and the Looney Tunes. Television this generation seems to be foolish with Blues Clues and Dora the Explorer. Music television is now playing teens shows like Skins, which portrays the dirty side of teen life, and Teen Mom which follows a few girls during their teen pregnancy.

What is everyone watching on TV these days or are you even watching it at all? Everything I see these days is awful.
