Sabres upset with the Mike Richards situation

The Buffalo Sabres are clearly upset with what the NHL and how they have decided to let Mike Richards play in game 7 of the series after a blatant hit to Tim Connolly in game 6 of the series.

In game 6 of the Buffalo Sabres and Philadelphia Flyers match up Mike Richards would take a cheap and blatant hit on the Sabres Tim Connolly. During the hit Richards would push Tim Connolly into the boards head first where Connolly would be helped off the ice after the injury. Connolly has been known to have head injuries quite often. Goaltender Ryan Miller said that the guy who cried that Buffalo was getting away with 'murder' takes a cheap shot on Connolly, it was cheap and blatant Miller would say. In my own opinion, I'd have to agree that it was a cheap shot. If the guy is going to take a shot like that, don't EVER cry that someone is getting away with murder.

This is going to give Derek Roy time back on the ice after he had surgery in December, Sabres head coach questioned whether or not Roy would be ready. Roy is certain he'll be in the game. He said that he wouldn't be playing if he wasn't 100%, and he's been the first one in and last out.

Mike Richards hasn't scored a goal all series against the Buffalo Sabres, which is a big 6 game slump. Along with Richards, it's been announced that Boucher will be starting in net in game 7 against the Sabres. Ryan Miller has more losses then the 3 goalies that the Flyers have starter, but he also has 2 shutouts in the series against the Flyers.

I am hoping to see the Sabres win, I cannot stand Chris Pronger and Mike Richards. They do whine a lot about people getting away with things, but they are a dirty team themselves and have a lot of dirty hits!
