Renner takes the wheel for Bourne

Jeremy Renner was barely a anybody four years ago, but then came "The Hurt Locker" and all of a sudden he was nominated for two Oscars, this would help him land a spot in the Bourne Legacy.

Four years ago nobody knew exactly who Jeremy Renner was and then the Hurt Locker happened. After the Hurt Locker went through theates worldwide Jeremy Renner would be nominated for two Oscars. This was definitely a great career push for Renner! Ever since we have seen Jeremy in great movies, his latest movie was "The Town" with Ben Affleck. Renner will be in the newest Bourne franchise called "The Bourne Legacy", but before they landed Renner as their star actor they were also looking at Animal Kingdom's Joel Edgerton and Tron: Legacy's Garrett Hedlund.

They believed finding the right actor for this movie was the key, and Renner will fit that role very well. Director Paul Greengrass is hoping for a future battle of the Bournes of Jeremy Renner and Matt Damon. What a treat that would be!
