Poll: Favorite Next Generation System

As time has gone on each of the consoles has proven their worth in each way.

The Xbox 360 has always promoted its community, with parties and gamerscore being around since the 360 released it has arguably the best online experience of any of the consoles. What will be argued against the xbox commonly is the requirement of a yearly or monthly fee to access the online experience. Regardless of the fee, many people continue to flock to microsoft's flagship console and surround themselves with the popular xbox live and myriad of titles available to play, of which they will continue to expand with the inclusion of the Kinect making family play even more popular.

The Playstation 3 came out after each of the other next gen consoles, but recently has made a push to try and catch the other consoles. With the inclusion of a blu-ray player the playstation focuses more on the media aspect, as it has better playback options and the ability for higher resolutions along with 3d gaming. Another plus for the playstation is the free online experience which, while it is not at the level of xbox live, still provides an adequate experience to play with friends online. The playstation move along with the "only does everything" media campaign has helped to promote the playstation and allow it to start moving more consoles at a faster rate than they have in the past. The addition of titles such as mass effect, which were previously xbox only, and many playstation exclusive titles such as inFamous, MLB the show, uncharted, Resistance, and Killzone the playstation will continue to push for console supremacy.

The Wii was one of the fastest selling consoles ever, with demand for sold out Wii's continuing for years before the demand leveled out. The motion controls along with many exclusive titles such as The legend of Zelda, and all of the Mario games, the Wii has a solid fanbase of casual gamers who do not require all that the hardcore gamers do. For example, the online gaming of the Wii is way behind that of the other systems, as friend codes and a lack of voice chat make it more difficult to get in contact with friends, and the lack of games that support online play make it almost unneeded. One of the biggest selling points of the Wii is its appeal to casual gamers, with wii sports and mini games being the highest sellers for the console. Overall the sale of the Wii has declined lately, but its support worldwide is still strong thanks to the sheer number of units moved.

Each System appeals to a different type of gamer, but only one can be the favorite, vote for which one you think is the best.

360, only thing that would make it the clear cut best for me is free online like playstation.
