How long have you been a mets fan: Since 1996
Fav all time player: Edgardo Alfonzo
Fav current player: Johan Santana, closest thing to clutch on this pathetic team
Fav all time moment: 10-run eighth inning vs Braves June 30, 2000
Anything else: Any Met fan who holds Endy Chavez's catch as a good moment is an idiot... they lost the game. They lost the freaking game. It ended their season. Unless you are related to Endy Chavez, it should be one of the worst moments.

How long have you been a mets fan: Really my whole life. But if we had to get into when I really started enjoying it... probably when I was 6 or so.

Fav all time player: Mike Piazza - Although when he played I wasn't too old, I always recognized him as a Met great. He was not the nicest guy off the field (my friend used to be his neighbor and on halloween one night he chased them off of his lawn and stuff, lol), but, like Wright, played with an amazing amount of integrity and really just showed why the game of baseball was America's pastime. On my birthday, September 21st, 2001, Piazza showed to New York, America, and the terrorists that we were not just going to fade away after the horrendous attacks on our country. That was one of the most significant moments in American history, and it happened in baseball. There is just absolutely no reason not to like Piazza. He is a baseball hero, and the greatest hitter the Mets have ever had.

Fav current player: David Wright - I had the amazing opportunity to meet him at a party in September, and he's just awesome. He plays with absolute integrity and always gives every single play 100 Percent. He is a role model, and one of those players that you just know is going to be a great player for his whole career, and is an honest player who would never do roids. I just love this guy. Amazing fielder, hitter, and face of the Mets.

Fav all time moment: As a game that I have attended, definitely Game 7 of the NLCS in 2006. Although it was a horrible ending, I witnessed one of the greatest plays of all time, Endy Chavez's catch. The electricity that was circulating in the air that night was absolutely incredible. I've never witnessed something so incredible. Besides that, probably Game 1 of the NLDS in 2006, which I also attended. It was the first playoff game that I ever attended, and some incredible plays happened, like Lo Duca getting two out at the plate. Another absolutely incredible and magnificent game.

Anything else: I'm really liking where the team is headed.

How long have you been a mets fan: I've been a Mets fan since I was 5 years old or so. I watched games with my Dad when I was little and have loved them ever since.

Fav all time player: David Wright for sure. My Grandad was Ron Wright (David Wrights Dad) sergeant on the Norfolk Police Force. So I do kind of have a connection to him that not many have. Still...he's a fantastic player despite the struggles last year and the K's this year. I'm a little concerned but I think he'll be fine and will have All Star numbers when the year is over. He's also a great guy off the field.

Fav current player: Once again, David wright. He gives it his all when he's on the field and is a fantastic guy off it. You couldn't ask for a better face of the franchise. If not for Derek Jeter across town, I think David Wright would be possibly the classiest star in baseball. I'm thrilled that he's a New York Met.

Fav all time moment: Endy's catch in the 2006 NLCS. When I saw it off the bat I thought for sure it was gone and was even more convinced as I saw Endy back up near the wall. But when I saw him jump and snag the ball over the wall....that's the most excited i've ever been in any game. That guy was nothing more than a 4th OF'er but I'll never forget how clutch he was and how he had a knack for making the dramatic play. It's a shame he got injured in Seattle because he really deserved to get a shot as a full time starter in that huge outfield where his great defense would have been a huge benefit . I still wish the guy was a Met..I'd certainly take him over GMJ. My 2nd favorite moment would probably be the Robin Ventura Grand Slam single.

Anything else: This team WILL compete for a playoff spot all year.
