Masters Ratings second best of decade

Thriving on a suspenseful final round and an open leaderboard, the Masters received its second highest rating in the past ten years. With players like Tiger Woods climbing up the leaderboard, Rory McIlroy falling, and with Scott, Day, and Schwartzel fighting down tot he end for the jacket.

The excitement of this years Masters brought the viewers a thrilling weekend and unexpected entertainment. I have no problem beleiving this tournament had outstanding ratings. I had the channel tuned in all day and couldn't leave. The course looked amazing as always and the golf had me sitting on the edge of my couch.

Golf is going to ride on this tournament and hope for a tremendous summer and going on to the three remaining majors this year. Golf could be back and it looks like Tiger wants to help revive the popularity. After all, the viewing did drop once he was away from the game for a little while.
