Injured in Bed

When things are getting hot and heavy in bed, the last thing that you want is a painful experience. And I’m not talking about an embarrassing moment, I mean physical pain. Injuries that occur during sex are actually quite common. The average person is injured once for every three times they take part in fornication. Now this statistic was surprising for The Hurricane, because I rarely experience injury during sex. This must mean that under very unlikely circumstances, I have acquired an energy shield to protect me – or I don’t have very much rough sex. To protect my own ego, I’ll assume that an energy shield is protecting me during sex.

The most common injuries that one might encounter during an intense round of coitus is a pulled muscle or back injury. This is logical as sex can often involve some awkward positions, lots of thrusting, and sometimes restraints. If you’re looking to avoid injuries during sexy-time, here are some places you don’t want to do it: On your sofa, on the stairs, or in the shower. While all these locations are probably loads of fun and a nice change from the all too familiar bed, they do involve higher risks of injury.

So remember, injuries during sex usually aren’t serious like breaking a leg, but they do occur quite often. If you care to read more, check out this awesome info-graph about sex injuries:

Have any of you ever experienced an injury from sex?
