Haynesworth faces charges

Once again the big man in the defensive end will be facing charges, but this time it's from a waitress at a hotel restraurant in Washington.

Albert Haynesworth is facing a grand jury over an incident that supposedly happened downtown Washington at a restaurant that happened in the early day of February 13. If convicted, Haynesworth could face a fine up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail.

According to the U.S. attorney's office, evidence supposedly shows that Haynesworth would slid his credit card down the front of his servers dress and would then begin to fondle her breast. A. Scott Bolden, Albert's attorney would say that it's a difficult case for the government to prove and it's disappointing.

This isn't the first time Albert is facing charges too, he is currently facing charges for punching a man in Virginia after punching him from road-rage. The trial will begin in May. He had lawsuits from a bank, exotic dancer, someone injured in a accident and his ex-wife saying he is not paying for hid kids health insurance or their bills.

Haynesworth also had on the field issues as well, which was mainly the last 4 games of the season. Where Haynesworth would face suspension for the last four games of the season without pay.

It's a shame his career went downhill, he was an absolute beast with the Titans.
