Do you fellas agree with me here? I mean, feminism is basically a movement consisting of fat weird ugly lesbians that seek to ruin everything great about our culture. If there are any feminists here, male or female, and I'm assuming there are no chicks here since sports are more of a man's thing, feel free to try to debate me.

First off, there are women who like sports. I am one of them and there are others on this forum. Second, women deserve just as much chance to succeed in this world as anyone else. We do not live in a world any longer where the women is just a house wife and taking care of the babies. I really think the people now who fight for feminism are fighting for equality in pay for same jobs as men. We as a nation have reached the point where we realize that women have the ability to lead and hold jobs that matter.

WHAT?! Most feminists are fighting for BETTER rights than men and say that men are actually inferior to women. That's a load of bullshit and not going to solve any sexist issues in America. I think all men and women should have equal rights and equal pay when it comes to the workplace. Women can clearly lead and hold jobs and be as successful as men, but most feminists try to take it to a whole new level and say that women are actually better than men.

I'm against feminism, because I'm for equality.

I am not saying I am for it. I am for equality between both races. Our nation has come a long way and I would love to see this continue.

There are jobs today , especially in higher management that women still get a significant percentage lower offers than men with the same qualifications. If it is to be equal it should be equal across the board.

First of all I doubt there are that many female posters on this board, and I'm guessing most of them are fat and/or weird. Women tend be more emotional, which is why they are incapable of holding the same high ranking jobs as men. The days of women being housewives were much better for society as a whole. Today, the concept of the family is becoming more and more alien to people, all because of feminists. Thanks to feminists loser lesbians are allowed to adopt children, divorces are on the rise leading to an increase in loser single mothers, etc. I don't mean to be offensive that's just IMO.

And this is why there are feminists.

Feminism exists because I presented some rational arguments that you cannot refute and Bloxor said some of the "women" in this forum are in "good shape"?

My point is that I'm against feminism because most feminists take it a step too far and actually are fighting for better rights than men. I'm for equality. I think women deserve equal pay at jobs and equal representation in the government. I hate the feminists who believe that women are superior though... they're just complete hypocrites.

There are plenty of men that are emotional as well as plenty of women who are not emotional. That is just a stereotype and does not make your statement strong at all. Next you comments about feminists are the reasons for lesbians and gays being allowed to adopt children. If you do research the people that brought those bills up were just normal liberals and not feminists at all. many different types of people passed those bills through. Also your statement about feminists being the cause for the rise in divorce is ridiculous. The main cause now for divorce is the economy and the problems of people not having money as a family unit. Also your statement of the times of women being housewives being better is another silly statement. In todays world people need good jobs to increase the economy and generate income. If each family unit only has one provide this is limiting the economy which is already poor.

agreed, if women are going to play baseball, they should have their own league. I just can't see them in the MLB. Create a WMLB, just making both sexes compete like that, imagine the sex scandals that would rise up. The game would be so much more emotional.

I totally agree with you Blox, but just look at his statement and you can see the other spectrum where he is against women having equal pay because he says all women are too emotional or women should all be housewives.

But this is a pretty minute detail anyway and should have no affect on the job positions and/or salaries of either sex. The rest of your post is solid and well-said, and I agree with it.

I agree that in general there is a higher percentage of women who show there emotions and a lot of times that is much better than keeping it in like men do. Men though can also be emotional as well though.

So if in years to come if there is a girl that throws a fastball 105 miles per hour and has a wicked change up she shouldn't get a chance? I bet there would be a bunch of teams ready to sign that girl.

I personally would like my wife to be a stay-at-home mom because women are also, by nature, much more nurturing than men, and she'd probably do a much better job raising the kids than I would.

They can if they want. If a man is good enough to make a softball team then go for it.

That is what gets me. If women are allowed to play in men's leagues, shouldn't men be able to play in women's leagues. I remember when Anika Sorenstam got to play in a tournament on the PGA tour, and some golfer said that if he wanted to, he should be able to play on the WPGA tour. Most people thought he overeacted, but I totally agreed. Either keep the leagues seperate, or everybody should have their choice on which league to join.
