Driving Test...

Going to go get my license tomorrow at 11....any tips?

know how to do a three point stop.
make sure you stop fully at stop signs.
make sure you have everything you need ready and be polite and courteous because it gives a good impression to the driving instructor and if your nice to him he'll be nice to you.

yea just relax, and pay attention to whats going on, and youll be fine :)

Three biggest tips that seems to be the reason that people fail otherwise:

1. Don't hit the curb.
2. Don't go over the speed limit.
3. Look left and right at stop signs, moving your head so the instructor notices that you are looking left and right. Just using your eyes won't cut it.

well i failed hahahaha

in ohio u gotta do some manuverability shit or w/e, and i passed it like 20 times in drivers ed, and when i went to do it today, i didnt cut fast enough and i hit a cone :(, hah instructor said i was a really good driver, just i hit that one cone hahhaha, so i gotta redo it next week.

Ahh that sucks man. I'm sure you'll get it next week. Atleast you can get your license I have to wait to November :/

lol if I had a cone test I would whip out my dad's solstice. that car ain't faster than most sports cars but the handling is TIGHT

my test was so easy all i had to do was ride around for 5 minutes in a neighborhood, do a the point turn, and park in the parking spot straight and i got it

my dad is going to teach me when i am 14 or just a bit taller so i can get a head start

hearing about cones, i am now scared due to the fact there is one to my right ..on a penguin

you guys cant drive friends around? lol. thats hella gay. Road test in NY is mad easy >.<

I can get my license i just can't be bothered atm :(

first year of license you can't drive anyone below 18 or 21 idk without a 25 year old or older in the car... people put that law in the dumpster and drive friends anyway... some other states have done this new law as well, such as washington... but washington has 6 months. Too bad california has too many stupid ****s that can't drive worth shit even in an automatic.

in my state, you cant drive around more then 1 person in your car who isnt your family member till your 17....

So i can drive around me, my bro, and my friend legally
but i cant drive around me, my friend, and my other friend legally...but w/e, no one follows that law

yeah... :(

I had to know my car well. warning lights, turn lights, windshield, warning lights, handbrake... but she didn't ask for clutch :( haha... I had to reverse like 200 feet or so in a straight manner, drive in a little city, little resident... went like 5 MPH below the MPH haha. Except in the parking lot I was a tad fast, and I stopped too short of the stop signs.

Maybe because most people either don't own manual cars anymore or because they don't start out in manual cars, lol, at least from what I see. There's only like two manual cars at my school.

as hard as it is do not hit the little children... i know its tempting but dont do it.. im not allowed to ever get a licens cuz of that.. they should have told me ahead of time but noooooo.
