Court ordered mediation

The Court has now rules for the lock-out the need for a court ordered mediation between the NFL and its players. Lawyers representing both parties will be forced to go to court and talk amongst eachother, supervised, in order to reach an agreement.

The judge is trying to make this a quick and painless process, but that all depends on how willing both parties are to agree to certain terms. Hopefully their mediation will be sparked by the courts mandation, but neither side looks like they want to give things up.

With the Draft coming up, and the NFL preseason schedule now released, a sense of urgency should be in these guys heads to get a deal reached as soon as they can. The work stoppage is not helping anyone's cause so find a middle ground.
