This question is too vague. What do you mean, exactly? You mean like if they're kids and they do something bad? If they're grown? I don't know how to answer.

If they're raised in an absolute shithole, with parents setting horrible examples, then parents certainly should be held accountable.

^^ If they're like 5, then yea since it's most likely from how they were raised. But by the time they reach 16-17 years old, then no, they should have matured enough by now. |
