Amateur Draft

I really need at minimum a couple hours notice before the draft if I am to have any chance of participating ..



I would actually have preferred a couple days notice .. But since its happening tomorrow that is no longer possible .. Is there any chance I could find out today what time we are planning on doing it.. So that I can try to make sure Im available ..

its probably going to be at night and my best guess would by 7PM.

the draft is at 7pm ET tomorrow night. If your on at 7 your in good shape.

well, you could make it if you have a late pick. Were doing three rounds, and if we move slow in the 1st, it might get up to your pick.

Yeah, I know the O's just traded their first. We should try to get this updated tonight.

You are right though. The draft order in the game is very screwed up compared to real life. That really sucks for me since I put quite a bit of effort into the draft order. I see if I can fix it according to what it should be.

Are we doing compensation picks? I think in the game it can only be 30 picks per round

Only error I see is that I gave the Dodgers your fifth instead of giving you the Dodgers fifth. You have the Mariners fifth round, my first round, and the Angels 2nd round picks according to the list I posted. I am going to correct it for the proper order though now.

My list is not going to have compensation picks. It is just for some reason the Athletics are listed as 6th though they really should 13th, and other oddities.

Detroit Tigers pick 10th in my list, and it has Washington Nationals in that spot. Dodgers was me misreading the trade, and I'll correct that.
