AL East Preseason Favorite

Probably the best division in baseball IMO. The Yanks are the defending World Series champs, but the Red Sox are always a threat.
So who do you think the favorite is?

We will probably make another one of these a little bit into the season.

Its between the Sox and the Yankees obviously. Im going to say its going to come down to health. Whatever team can stay off the DL and whatever teams rotation can stay healthiest the longest will ultimately prevail in the end.
I think the X factor is going to be the play of Beltre, Cameron and Scutaro for the Sox. Can they pick up the slack and equal the prodcution of Bay, Gonz and Lowell.

I say the Yankees win the division and the Sox get the wild card.

I got the Yankees in this one. They were the WS champs and they're even better on paper then they were last year. I don't see how they can't be picked. Red Sox will be close though, they will give the Yankees a run for their money.

Gotta be the Yanks, the World Series Champs.

They are #1 in this division until someone tops them.

Nah it's the Yankees. The Rays are going to be fairly good but not even close to first place...chose the Yanks just over the Sox in the AL East.
