Easy here, it's obviously Brazil who's the country of soccer, the only country that participated in ALL the World Cup, and won the most titles of course. And the best player ever, Edson Arrantes Do Nascimento (or Pelé) was Brazilian.
For the second it's definitely Portugal. |
