Holland and Denmark. The number two spot is really a toss up in my opinion.

The number one is easy it's Holland who are always among the best anyhow, but yes for the second spot it's harder. I'm gonna go with Cameroon cause they were my favorite team in the 90 World Cup, they were amazing with Roger Milla and Joseph-Antoine Bell, I loved that team. But Denmark is a very good team and Japan is better than it used to be.
